The History

The History of Emil’s Swiss Pastry started in 1960. Emils is known for tradition and quality and has excelled as the premier Bakery in Los Angeles. In 1975, Emil’s received the prestigious award as “One of the 10 Best Bakeries in the World”. Today,  Austrian owner Christian Kaufmann  proudly continues Emil’s tradition of quality and perfection.
